Exchange and Refunds
Exchanges and refunds are available only for defective products or wrong product deliveries.
Please note that colors may vary by 2-3% due to camera effects.
To ensure a smooth process, kindly make a video of the parcel as you open it. Without this video, we will not entertain any complaints.
How to Request an Exchange or Refund:
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
Please return the product within 5 days of delivery.
If the returned product passes our quality check, your refund will be processed within 7 working days.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage or defect. We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement at no additional cost.
